Skinexigence

Characterization in beauty enhancement

Principle :

« The skin is a communication organ sensitive to anything that can embellish it ». The effects of cosmetic products involve health and beauty as well as well-being. Cosmetics in general, but more specifically make-up products, contribute to the improvement of our daily life, by hiding imperfections or enhancing beauty.  The assessment of these cosmetics involves particular criteria : camouflage, colour, homogeneity, radiance, stability.

Furthermore, their application on several dissimilar areas justifies specific studies. Our objectives are to work towards new developments in this field by using digital photography, colorimetry, and the optical properties of the skin.

Problematics :

Complexion unity / Radiance (Digital photography, spectrocolorimetry)
